During this 2-day workshop, participants create and practice dialogue that will help them identify, set, and reach their individual objectives for winning new customers through telephone prospecting. Your representatives will create compelling, customer-focused dialogue that helps them quickly reach the decision maker and generate interest in your company's products and services.
