Generations Training
Generations Apart: How to Motivate Employees from Different Generations
Why is it often challenging to motivate and manage people who are either younger or older than you? Interactive exercises and group activities help participants gain skills in an engaging a diverse workforce that now includes four generations.

This workshop examines the cultural factors and influences that make each generation different from the next, and gives participants an increased understanding of what motivates or alienates people of different generations. Group discussions and exercises help participants gain skills in managing and motivating both older and younger employees.
