programs. Although the cost may be slightly higher than
a generic program, the fact that employees get up to speed
quicker more than makes up for the cost differential.

Program
Design
When
designing a customized training program, Agentive starts
with the end in mind. We ask the question, "Upon completion
of this program, what do you expect the employee to do differently
once they are back on the job?"
We interview
a sampling of the participants as well as their managers
to determine their current level of knowledge. We look for
the gap between what they already know and what they need
to know and create the program accordingly.
Program
Delivery and Format
We work
with management to determine the most optimal delivery method
for the course material. Should the course be delivered
via the intranet, a program manual, a CD-ROM or in a live
classroom/workshop format?
Regardless
of the delivery method chosen, Agentive's goal is to make
the learning process very application oriented. We spend
very little time on theory. Rather, we design the program
with a variety of application exercises that allow the learner
to transfer their new-found skills to their job immediately.
