Intended audience: New and tenured managers
Participants will:
- Use the Agentive’s coaching model to achieve results from coaching conversations
- Develop a plan to identify, prioritize and consistently communicate performance expectations
- Determine what motivates employees and learn how to leverage those motivators for optimal performance
- Identify the ideal management style for each direct report
- Deliver constructive feedback, both supporting and constructive
- Practice handling real-world examples of challenging coaching situations
- Develop an action plan to improve the quantity and quality of feedback delivered to the team
